The Leadership Fellows Program is a signature program bringing together 48 students to expand their capacity for leadership, to learn from one another, and to apply their learning at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ and beyond. The purpose is to develop exceptional leaders who will make a lifetime impact and exemplify the values of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½: honor, service, leadership, community, and respect for the dignity and worth of all people.
About the Program
Leadership Fellows Program a three year commitment that includes 16 sophomores, 16 juniors, and 16 seniors. Students are engaged in an experienced-based curriculum that builds self-awareness, increases student abilities to address complex problems, builds meaningful relationships, and encourages action. The components include:
Cohort seminars
All Leadership Fellows gatherings
1-to-1 Leadership Fellows dialogue
Coaching, peer coaching, and mentoring
A summer immersion experience
