Students may access their account information and grant parent and other bill payer (proxy) access at . Once a student has granted a parent or other bill payer access, the proxy can obtain account information at the .
Options for Minimizing Cost
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ offers a four-month payment plan, per semester. There is a $45 application fee per semester. Fall payments are made August – November and Spring payments are made December – March. Enrollment information is provided with each semester’s invoice.
Late Fees
For those enrolled in the four-month payment plan, contact the Controller's Office prior to the installment due date if you are unable to pay your fees. You won't be allowed to return for any semester if your account is not paid in full or if arrangements to use the college approved payment plan have not been made prior to the due date. There is a $25 penalty charge for late payment. Interest charges at 18 percent per annum are also assessed on late payments.
In order to graduate and receive a diploma, all financial obligations to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ must be paid in full. No official transcripts will be released until you have met all financial obligations to the college.
If you enter ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ at the beginning of the spring semester, you will be billed one-half of the required student charges, room, and meal fees listed above.

Refunds
After the tenth day of classes, no refunds on tuition or room rent will be made. Fees paid in advance for subsequent semesters for which you do not register will be refunded in full subject to the notification deadlines in the Academic and Personal Leave policy. Fees for meals are refunded on a pro-rata basis determined by the week of withdrawal.

Payment of tuition and fees, or enrollment in the payment plan, is not subject to reduction or refund regardless of the method of delivery of instruction and other educational services.
