Administrative Computing & Business Applications
Technology & Innovation (T&I) provides and supports technology solutions supporting the college’s business processes, often in partnership with IT staff in departments and divisions.
For all services, T&I supports single sign-on authentication and data integration to and from the enterprise data warehouse and key campus systems. As needed, T&I provides server hosting and application and system administration services.

(login required), is the home for student information, financial aid, and other student-related tasks.
Blackbaud
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ uses Blackbaud CRM to support alumni and donor services.
Oracle Cloud
(login required) is ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s financial, people and payroll system, and provides a centralized home for HR and finance tasks for employees.
Etrieve
Etrieve is used to manage document workflow and business processes. Admins are granted permission to scan, store and retrieve paper documents and electronic files.
Event Management System (EMS)
(login required) is our tool for on-campus facility/space management and room reservations. It is also the repository for all campus calendar events.
Emergency Response System
Public Safety manages ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s emergency response system (SSAFER), which notifies the campus of emergencies. These emergencies may affect T&I services.
